We are looking for a talented sales trainer to join our growing team!

As a Sales Trainer in our call center, you will be responsible for:

The Sales Trainer will regularly monitor sales phone calls of our inside sales team to assess the quality of customer interactions and adherence to sales protocols. They will conduct detailed call reviews, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in sales techniques and communication skills. Providing constructive, actionable feedback to sales representatives to enhance their performance is a core responsibility.

In addition to call monitoring, the Sales Trainer will work closely with the sales team to offer guidance and support on improving sales strategies and closing techniques. They will assist in developing individual improvement plans for sales representatives based on call evaluations, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes continuous learning and development.

Analyzing sales call data to identify trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement is another key aspect of this role. The Sales Trainer will use insights from call data to support team members and refine their approach to sales, collaborating with sales managers to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably with experience in call monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong communication and feedback skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • A supportive and collaborative approach to coaching and team development.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales performance tools is a plus.
