Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of tax law and demonstrate the ability to represent clients before the IRS. This role involves providing tax preparation, planning, and compliance services to a diverse clientele while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Represent clients during IRS audits and inquiries.
• Provide tax planning and advice to clients to optimize their tax situations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their tax status.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong interpersonal relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in tax preparation and planning.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Benefits

Competitive base salary ($45,000-$80,000)
