Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key federal clients. Understand their unique needs and exceed their expectations to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Unearth and seize new business opportunities within the federal sector. Leverage existing relationships while forging new ones to drive growth.
  • Account Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive account plans and strategies aimed at hitting sales targets and boosting market share.
  • Proposal Management: Lead the charge in preparing and submitting compelling proposals that comply with federal requirements and align perfectly with client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Navigate the intricacies of contract terms and conditions, securing favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal teams—project managers, technical experts, and senior leaders—to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations.
  • Reporting: Keep meticulous records of account activities, sales pipelines, and forecasts, providing insightful updates to senior management.
  • Compliance: Uphold the highest standards by ensuring all activities align with company policies, federal regulations, and security protocols

Requirements

  • Crafting and executing strategic account plans.
  • Coordinating Data Calls efficiently
  • Identifying and partnering with teaming allies
  • Leading Proposal Teams, including writing, pricing, and graphics.
  • Establish a solid working relationship with line program staff, management, and business development peers across the company.
  • Proven ability to develop creative and/or differentiated professional services solutions for Federal clients.
  • Develop technical solutions anchored by proposal win themes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in federal account management or related fields, with a demonstrable record of success.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Hold a current Top-Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
