If you have a careful eye for detail, self-guiding need to produce high-quality, and looking to be part of a creative team that generates innovative design concepts and then brings them to life, this is the position for you!

As a member of the creative team, the Graphic/Web Designer will design, create, and produce graphic and visual design resources and content used for email, web, marketing, and client projects. This position will support our marketing team with the development of marketing content in addition to supporting the product team to create visually engaging and innovative project graphic design resources.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong desire and passion for creativity and innovation with demonstrated experience in graphic design and working with multiple design software applications; someone looking to expand the boundaries in graphic design; someone who can work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, with excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality designs for various multi-media channels, including websites, videos, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, event collateral, as well as business development materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create resources and support creative strategies and concepts for campaigns, product launches, and client communications.
• Collaborate with product team to create project graphic design resource and content.
• Ensure all designs consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines to create consistent, clear, and creative content to the specs required for use in email, web, and projects requirements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications & timelines.
• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders, testing and refining concepts to achieve the best results.
• Assist in maintaining archive of design files.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Work collaboratively with designers and developers to produce polished, detail-oriented, thorough work that follows known requirements and accomplishes project needs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Capabilities that will enable your success

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years experience in Graphic Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to produce compelling visual content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Ability to serve in cross-functional teams to understand needs, strategize, and develop assets based on feedback.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A solid foundation in typography, layout, and design
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as part of a team on deadline-driven activities and effectively prioritize assignments, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• A strong artistic sense, with the ability to adapt and create various artistic styles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts.
