Title: SMT Machine Operator
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

What you will do:
SMT machine operations to assemble electronic PCBs, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.
Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.
Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings.
Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC.
Requirements:
Nimble fingers and a knack for precision: you'll need excellent manual dexterity and the ability to interpret and construct from procedures and blueprints.
Previous soldering experience and familiarity with related tools will set you up for success.
Bonus points if you're trained or certified in IPC-A-610 standards.
Teamwork makes the dream work: you should thrive in a collaborative environment.
You're adept at absorbing and implementing procedures and processes effectively.
Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly valued.
Strong communication skills are essential, both written and spoken in English.
Comfortable navigating the digital landscape? We're looking for someone who's computer literate, adept at handling programs like Windows, Excel, and Word.
