Job Description

We are seeking a Terrific Virtual Executive Assistant ("VEA") to join our dynamic team for an exciting new national project within a large foundation. This is a pivotal role where you will support the Executive team during a crucial period of growth. As a VEA, you will be an integral part of a virtual team, ensuring smooth operations and seamless coordination across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Executive team's calendars, including booking appointments and adjusting schedules as needed.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange and book travel for the team, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure that program priorities are met and that the Director is well-prepared for all events, panels, and public engagements.
Stakeholder Interaction: Interface with internal and external constituents, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing and communications materials when required.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by quickly adapting to changing priorities.
Event Attendance: Travel as necessary to attend events and support the team.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly organized self-starter with exceptional relationship-building skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will have around 5+ years of relevant experience, including time spent in a virtual environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications:

Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience, including supporting remote and dispersed teams.
High school diploma required; nonprofit experience is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making an impact.
Ability to maintain professionalism and interact effectively with Executive-level constituents.
Technically savvy, with experience in database management; familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
